Testing Services

Rayka Tajhiz, in cooperation with specialized testing centers and in accordance with project technical requirements, provides a wide range of testing, quality control, and inspection services for piping equipment and valves. These services are performed to ensure that materials and equipment comply with technical specifications, applicable standards, and operational requirements.

In the field of material testing, chemical composition analysis is carried out to verify alloying elements, hardness testing is performed to evaluate mechanical properties, and Positive Material Identification (PMI) is conducted to confirm that the material grade complies with technical documentation and product markings. These tests play a particularly important role in oil, gas, and petrochemical projects by reducing technical and execution risks.

For Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of piping and related equipment, Rayka Tajhiz provides the following services:

UT (Ultrasonic Testing): Used to detect internal defects in pipes and fittings.
RT (Radiographic Testing): Used to identify cracks, porosity, and welding defects.
MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) and PT (Penetrant Testing): Also available for specific applications and inspection requirements.

All tests are carried out carefully and in accordance with applicable international standards to help ensure the integrity and quality of welds and piping systems.
