Coating and Insulation

Rayka Tajhiz, supported by its execution capabilities and cooperation with specialized coating facilities, provides coating and insulation services for various types of pipes, fittings, and flanges in accordance with operating conditions and project requirements. The appropriate coating system is selected based on technical factors such as the installation environment, type of fluid, operating temperature, corrosion conditions, and the standards specified by the client.

In the field of metallic coatings, Rayka Tajhiz is capable of providing hot-dip galvanizing to create a uniform and durable protective layer against environmental corrosion and moisture, making it a suitable solution for outdoor applications and corrosive environments. Cold galvanizing is also available as a more economical solution for surface protection and localized repair where appropriate to project conditions.

For polymeric coatings, polyethylene coating systems are available in single-layer, two-layer, and three-layer configurations (3LPE) to enhance resistance to corrosion, moisture, and mechanical damage. These coating systems are widely used, particularly for buried transmission pipelines and projects exposed to harsh environmental conditions.

In addition to the above, Rayka Tajhiz is capable of providing other industrial coating systems, including liquid epoxy, fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE), bituminous coatings, specialized protective coatings, and combined coating systems, in accordance with project specifications and required standards. All stages of surface preparation, coating application, and quality control are carried out carefully and in accordance with defined procedures to ensure the performance and durability of the coating throughout its service life.
